I give real, practical advice to keep you out of trouble so that you can stay in business and make money. I have a passion for helping businesses and people in the business world. If you get sued or have to sue another business, customer or ex-employee or business partner, I will develop the right, cost-effective strategy with you. You hire me, you get me. I won’t hand day to day management of your matter off to a revolving door of overpaid, undertrained associates.
I primarily work for private companies, serving as outside general counsel and litigation counsel on various contract, employment and business matters. I would love to learn more about your business and discuss how I could be of service for you. I have over twenty years of experience handling business and employment litigation and counseling and other litigation cases. I have successfully handled a number of jury and jury-waived trials. Prior to founding my own firm, I worked as a partner in a leading Quincy, MA business litigation boutique, and as an associate at a seventy-lawyer litigation firm in Boston.
I graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1997 in the top 10% of my class. I have Black Bear pedigree, having graduated from the University of Maine. I spend my personal time with my wife and our two young daughters at our home in Sharon, Massachusetts or on vacations to Martha’s Vineyard, Maine and California. I enjoy sports, including flag football and basketball. I like to get outdoors with my girls, hiking, biking and kayaking and searching for sea glass, shells and shiny rocks on the ocean shore.
